Interior Decoration is an easy less invasive way of updating your home. From adding wallpaper and window treatments, to purchasing new furniture and accessories, the feeling of a home can change dramatically with the right decoration. Our decoration services center around integrating appropriate furniture, light fixtures and accessories into your existing home to breath new life into your space.

Design Consultation
The initial consultation is an in home process where we analyze the existing interior architecture and style of your home to understand what styles of decoration will enhance the space. We discuss which areas we will be updating, your aesthetic preferences, and the budget for the project.

Furniture
Layout
In this step we begin to establish a furniture layout that speaks to the way you live in your home. Which rooms are used the most and how? How many people use the room at any given time. We also provide a realistic cost projection based on the amount and desired quality of the furniture and accessories.

Decoration Concepts
Decoration concepts will be expressed through conceptual mood boards that provide an overall feeling in which the design will be based. The mood boards may include general materials such as fabrics, rugs, and wall coverings as well as pictures of existing interiors that align with your stylistic preferences.

Decoration Specifications
Once an approach to the style is established we will present illustrations and final specifications that fit the budget and the approved decoration concepts. We will make revisions as needed until you are as happy with the specifications as we are.

Procurement & Purchasing
As we know the ins and outs of the specifications, most clients ask us to purchase on their behalf. At KMV Interiors we have built long term relationships with our vendors and this makes the purchasing process that much easier. If anything needs to be custom fabricated, we coordinate with our vendors to make sure they understand every detail so the merchandise arrives exactly as presented and at the best quality available.

Deliveries & Installation
At KMV Interiors, we always provide comprehensive installation oversight. We are always available to answer any questions that arise during the installation, and we work with all parties to ensure that everything is installed to perfection.

Adding those final touches really makes a difference in the overall feel of a home. By incorporating plants, candles, sculptures, and floral arrangements, we create a space that feels balanced and full of personality.
