Island Club Residence

This modern yet warm renovation started with a full reworking of the layout of the home. The space planning was centered around enlarging the kitchen which was undersized and lacking counter space. The end result is a state of the art fully integrated kitchen which breathes into the rest of the home. With everything from enlarged windows and a new lighting plan, to the addition of a fireplace, every aspect of the home is updated. By selecting furniture and accessories with rich textures and warm neutral colors the home feels welcoming while still exuding a timeless modern aesthetic.
